If you're really really good...





I have to love you quite a bit to bake you a birthday cheesecake...they're time consuming and expensive.  Friday was my dearest friend Mel's birthday and she asked for something sweet. I have a cheesecake recipe that I have worked on for 5 years to where it's just right (and I have had MANY people [currently 100%] say it's better than the Cheesecake Factory's by far. Theirs lose the touch of sour which is imparted by the cream cheese by being too sweet) which I pour on a semi sweet chocolate ganache and serve with a raspberry/tequila sauce.

Be my friend for 39 years like she has and maybe I'll make you one too.
