I did a search for skeletons and Halloween on Youtube after seeing this first video on another site (I forgot which, I was speed surfing at the time). Then I just expanded to Halloween Cartoons and found a couple of more gems.
I love these old spooky cartoons! I've got some posted up on my blog ohsospooky.blogspot.com I don't post very often, but expect activity to increase closer to Halloween!

Man, I haven't seen that Popeye episode since I was knee high to a grasshopper "kakakakakakakaka" (Popeye laugh)
