The most I'm allowed to dress my Beagle up is in his reflective safety yellow vest (to be a "Candy Inspector" on Halloween!) - other than that, he goes naked.
My DD dressed up her chihuahua mix in a ram costume. All curly fur and 2 curly horns. Isabella was visibly mortified, even though I thought she looked cute.
Both are indignant when they have on their cute little Santa's helper costumes and will NOT let me get a good posed picture of them for Christmas cards! I know the little one has her eyes on all my shoes now, to turn them into confetti.
